If you have or allow parking on your property, you may need to send this reminder form to your tenant(s) to use only the permitted areas to park their vehicle.  This is particularly useful if you own a rental home which has a shared driveway, a condo with designated parking, or a multi-unit building with shared parking between residential and commercial tenants. While it’s important to be completely clear regarding parking access in your tenant’s lease or month-to-month rental agreement, tenants often take liberties or genuinely unaware of the restrictions on parking at your rental property.  Sometimes it’s just a matter of vehicle courtesy also.  This form is worded to remind tenants to park only in designated areas and to be courteous and respectful of others.
