We’re not experts in detailed commercial/business contracts, but it’s a reality that may residential landlords run mixed-unit multi-unit buildings. We have the perfect options with our quality commercial lease. Over 10 pages long, it covers all the expected areas and can quickly be adapted to any length of time and with any added or removable clauses. Similar to the residential lease, the commercial lease has a few additional clauses and other additions and omissions. This is the commercial lease we use for our properties. It’s thorough and fairly inclusive with a lot of strong protections for the landlord (which are often omitted from other competitor versions of commercial leases). Feel free to use as a template to add or remove relevant clauses that are unique to your particular property. We’re quite proud of this lease and our Residential Lease as well.
