Part of the promise we make with our tenants is to provide them with a good Letter Of Reference should they need to move out of the rental property. Of course, this offer is reserved only for good tenants. But it’s a nice gesture and a way to reward positive tenancies. It also helps another landlord or employer get a better idea of the quality of your tenant. It reflects well on you as the landlord as well as on them as a tenant.
Remembering that running a rental property is an act of trust and partnership between a landlord and tenant.
